Courses

The courses are created by New Zealand-based educators on cutting edge topics from New Zealand providers. The content of each course is the responsibility of the individual provider and you will need to agree to their terms and conditions. If you have questions about the content, please get in touch online.support@enz.govt.nz

No. Short courses are not accredited and therefore have no credit value. 

You can access your courses as soon as you enrol. All of the learning is self-paced so there is no deadline for you to start or complete your learning

My account

Go to the available courses here Courses (studywithnewzealand.govt.nz) and select the course you are interested in. Simply press on the Apply Now button, complete the registration form and pay (some courses have fees and others are free). That’s it, you are signed up and ready to go!

You can also create an account without enrolling into a course. Just click on the dashboard button in the top navigation bar, follow the prompts to answer a few easy questions and you will be able to sign up without enrolling for a course. It means you are now signed up but your dashboard is empty as you haven’t enrolled into any course yet.

If you forgot your password, click on the ‘forgot your password’ link on the login page. You will be asked to confirm your email address and check your email inbox for further instructions.

Fees and refunds

Some of the courses charge a fee to enrol (fees appear in USD). You will be required to pay by credit card at the time of enrolment. The payment system is called Stripe.  The learning is all self-paced so there is no deadline for you to start or complete your learning. If you have made an error in signing up for one of the paid courses, you have 24 hours to get in touch to seek a refund. Please contact us on online.support@enz.govt.nz

Refunds issued will have Stripe fees deducted from the full payment amount. Your course will be removed from your dashboard once a refund has been processed.
