Aidan is a learning advisor and tertiary educator of 20 years, with background and expertise in science, engineering, human-centered design, and applied innovation. A founding coach/facilitator at Design Factory New Zealand, Aidan’s focus and teaching style involves building learning environments that are innovative and that support a strong culture. His approach to facilitation focuses on positive outcomes for the learner – not just academically, but for personal development. Aidan brings an inquiring mind to lead others in solving complex challenges for industry and community. Aidan has recently moved to a role as Learning Development Advisor for Fire and Emergency New Zealand, but has supported the development of several Think New courses for Wintec Te Pukenga in his former role as Lead Facilitator at Design Factory New Zealand.
