Each course draws on leadership insights and perspectives from some of the most legendary people in Crusaders history, including Scott Robertson, Kieran Read, Robbie Deans and Samuel Whitelock.

Kaila Colbin is founder and CEO of Boma, the 2022 Kea WCNZ Friend of New Zealand award winner and a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. She is a renowned and sought after international public speaker, having presented to more than 25,000 people about the exponential technological trends coming our way and how we can be more intentional, intelligent and courageous about the future.
Robbie Deans is a former Crusaders Head Coach (2000-2008), leading the team to five Super Rugby titles. He is also a former All Blacks Assistant Coach and Wallabies Head Coach.
Scott ‘Razor’ Robertson is Crusaders Head Coach and the most successful coach in Super Rugby history - leading the Crusaders to six straight titles 2017-2022. He played 86 caps for the Crusaders and 23 tests for the All Blacks, and has been appointed Head Coach of the All Blacks from 2024.
Samuel Whitelock is a former Crusaders and All Blacks Captain. He was the youngest New Zealander in history and fastest player ever to reach 100 tests, named New Zealand Rugby Player of the Year in 2017, and is one of only 20 players to win the Rugby World Cup more than once.
